Peroni Braised Pot Roast: pot roast braised in Italian beer served with buttermilk mashed potatoes and onion gravy
Shrimp Paesano: four jumbo shrimp dusted in our, pan sautéed then baked, served with lemon butter garlic sauce and spaghetti
Chicken Picatta: lightly breaded chicken breast with lemon and capers served over buttermilk mashed potatoes
