Serving only the highest quality premium cuts of beef, seafood, and chicken, they have something for everyone to enjoy. Soup or Salad – Choose from lobster bisque, Caesar salad or wedge salad
Entrée – Choose one of the below options:
❖ Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon – Steak wrapped in applewood smoked bacon served over au poivre sauce
❖ Stuffed Airline Chicken Breast – Bacon wrapped chicken stuffed with breadcrumbs, cheese, & semi dried tomatoes with a veal demi
❖ Grilled Cedar Plank Salmon – With creole mustard, brown sugar & thyme
❖ Seasonal Vegetable Plate
Sides – Asparagus, sautéed shiitake mushrooms or Au gratin potatoes
