At J-Prime, they take the best options from a traditional American
steakhouse and combine them with their chef’s innovative recipes to create
an unforgettable dining experience. Serving only the highest quality premium
cuts of beef, seafood, and chicken, they have something for everyone to enjoy.
Using a parrilla grill, their expert culinary team is constantly creating new
creations that keep diners coming back for more.
Soup or Salad –
Choose from lobster bisque, Caesar salad or wedge salad
Entrée – Choose one of the below options:
- Bacon-wrapped Filet Mignon – Steak wrapped in applewood smoked bacon served over au poivre sauce
- Stuffed Airline Chicken Breast – Bacon wrapped chicken stuffed with breadcrumbs, cheese, & semi-dried tomatoes with a veal demi
- Grilled Cedar Plank Salmon – With creole mustard, brown sugar & thyme
- Seasonal Vegetable Plate
Sides – Asparagus, sautéed shiitake mushrooms or Au gratin potatoes
Dessert Choices – Cheesecake, chocolate mousse cake or key lime pie
Gluten-free items: Lobster Bisque, Caesar Salad, Wedge Salad, Bacon-wrapped Filet Mignon, Chicken Breast, Salmon and Asparagus.
Vegetarian item: Seasonal Vegetable Plate.

No walk-ins admitted the day of the luncheon. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the reservation deadline. Guests are limited to prospective members and out- of- town guests. Please indicate the guest’s name & menu selections with reservation.
