Newcomers of San Antonio was established over 35 years ago to welcome new residents to our lovely city. Our members have come to San Antonio from different backgrounds and cities throughout the United States and other countries, and we have one thing in common; we are all starting over in a new place. At present, we have over 200 members.
In August 2015, I attended my first coffee and immediately felt at home with this wonderful group of ladies. It has helped me learn about my new city, have great new experiences and established many new friendships!
After you join, I look forward to getting to know you through our coffees, luncheons and interest groups. I encourage you to get involved in one our many interest groups. Most of all, I want you to have fun and join this club as a support system in your new home city of San Antonio.
I look forward to this year as the President and my wish is that you all continue to “bloom where you are planted”

News from The President
Living in Military City U.S.A., November is full of celebrations! Election Day is November 6th. This is followed by Veterans Day on the 11th when we celebrate all who have served our great country. Of course, Thanksgiving Day will be a time for friends and family to gather. I hope you have grand plans!
