Whiskey Cake is your neighborhood joint for craft cocktails and farm-fresh comfort food. They source flavors, ingredients, and ideas straight from the farm. From mesquite wood-grilled plates to fresh greens and famous desserts, all of their hand-crafted dishes are served up with simple, honest flavors in a rustic, local atmosphere. The chefs at Whiskey Cake transform simple, seasonal ingredients into classic American dishes with local flavor.
The menu will be as follows:
Fried Green Tomatoes or Farm Salad
Main Course (Choose one):
Rotisserie Farm Bird – spit-roasted half chicken, Brussels sprouts, bacon, mustard vinaigrette, gremolata (Gluten Free)
Grilled Salmon – ancient grains, fennel, celery root, squash, dried cranberries, feta
Veggie Pasta – chefs inspired vegetarian pasta (Vegetarian)
WHISKEY CAKE – toffee torte, bourbon anglaise, spiced pecans, and house made vanilla whipped cream
Please note a cash bar will be available. Coffee is not included in the luncheon.

No walk-ins admitted the day of the luncheon. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the reservation deadline. Guests are limited to prospective members and out- of- town guests. Please indicate the guest’s name & menu selections with reservation.
